Our Women's Fitness Programs are designed to give a total body Fitness "nose to toes".
Taught by real kickboxers who bring authentic ring experience to each fitness class. All classes are Women Only and go wire to wire with an hour long fitness guaranteed to motivate and get results.We have 2 programs that are sure to offer both the beginner and fitness enthusiast a challenge. Women's kickboxing fitness brings kickboxing skills to a whole new fitness routine. Our KaRobics (Karate Aerobics) use Karate strikes and kicks to give a total fitness.

Qualifications and Background:
New York City Corrections . As a New York City Correction Officer in one of America's Top Corrections Facilities, I developed my personal training and self defense skills. I was a Drill Instructor in The Corrections Academy training new recruits. My duties were to train the recruits in physical fitness and self defense. It was my job to make my cadets ready for an ever dangerous and demanding job.
Certifications:
Nationally Certified Fitness Instructor - ACE and FITOUR Certifications New York State Certified Personal Trainer with certifications to teach and instruct CEC Body Sculpting, Cycling, Club Box, Women's Kickboxing Martial Artist with background in Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi Chuan, Kempo.
Mission Statement to my Students:
My fitness and self defense classes are realistic. Classes are designed and taught with realistic goals of what can be attained both physically and mentally. I believe in exercise and fitness training that makes sense. Training in a way that is safe and will get you to your fitness and training goals .I want you to get a great cardio workout the "correct way" with your sneakers on. To protect you legs back and feet from a training injury. As a career woman and full time mother I understand the time limitations women have to get and stay in great shape.
