Fitness Programs
Our Women's Fitness Programs are designed
to give a total body Fitness "nose to toes". Taught
by real kickboxers who bring authentic ring experience to each fitness class. All classes are Women Only and go
wire to wire with an hour long fitness guaranteed to motivate and get results.We have 2 programs that are sure
to offer both the beginner and fitness enthusiast a challenge. Women's kickboxing fitness brings kickboxing skills
to a whole new fitness routine. Our KaRobics (Karate Aerobics) use Karate strikes and kicks to give a total fitness.
Mission Statement to our Students:
Our fitness and self defense classes are realistic. Classes are designed and taught with realistic goals of what
can be attained both physically and mentally. At the American Academy of Self Defense we believe in exercise and
fitness training that makes sense. Training in a way that is safe and will get you to your fitness and training
goals. We want you to get a great cardio workout the "correct way" with your sneakers on. This will help
protect your legs, back and feet from a training injury.
