Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is taught by certified professional instructors with years of experience. Rose Velez our Fitness Director instructs the cardio-kickboxing program. In addition to her fitness qualification, Rose also has a background in martial arts (boxing, tae kwon do and kempo). Her knowledge of the correct form and techniques of these arts and fitness certifications makes her one of Long Island's most sought after martial arts instructors.

Our Program is sixty non-stop minutes of nose to toes kickboxing workout. With a backbeat of up-tempo hip-hop and dance music, you will sweat away inches and tone your body. The handstrikes, kicks and footwork of boxing, karate and martial arts are taught and practiced in an intense aerobic session. All parts of your body are worked out in an aerobic fat burning class.
